[Error Code] Versant 80 error 078-215

Hi, machine give me a error 078-215 and jam papire in fuser. But when I print from internal trays print OK. Error is only when I print from tray 5, 6 or 7.

I deleted all the user created papers where is this option. The error persists. Do you know what sensor it is?

I took the tray from the Xerox 2100 and put it on the Versant 80 and it works perfectly. I put this faulty tray back on the 2100 because every paper needs to be created there for printing. I hope it works
