The printer is now stuck in download mode and doesn't do anything. I've tried powering it down, disconnecting power for several hours, tried accessing diagnostics from PCUI and PWA....everything just says the printer is in download mode. I guess the printer is still expecting software to be downloaded but since the initial attempt locked up on the PCUI and it was cancelled, now I can't get back into download mode yet can't get the printer out of download mode. It's totally dead. Any ideas?
