Xerox c8155 with new hdd problem altboot

Hello, I'm doing a special altboot with version 113 but I'm stuck on the scan update I haven't formatted the disk... I tried directly with a 78xx disk. Maybe it's small? I'll try again tomorrow with a formatted disk. Has anyone changed the HDD? What's the procedure? According to the book, something doesn't work.
