Dc252 start up problem

Hi I have a problem with xerox dc252 start up problem disply shows 1/3 loading and off
and adf also go up and stop in the middle cycle is not complete and I check the mcu there is no any light blinking so help me to solve the issue.

it looks like a software / firmware problem. Also try to start the machine without electronic boards or optional peripherals. OEM consumables?

Thanks for your reply, I think it's a low voltage supply board issue there is a click sont from that power supply unit is it possible to test the voltage output for the machine
