    Don't have the EDOC on hand, but I think it's a overheat error. There might be a NVM te reset?

          310-372 is not related to fuser motor. If you tried new fuser then next step is MDM pwb

            any sound of fuser turning when you turn on the machine? if no sound, straight to error. it could be the ih driver.

                yup that's happened with me too once...
                error showing 010-375 /310-375 immediately after I turned it on
                replace fuser, still getting same error. The weird thing is if I turn on the machine with the cover on, the error code change to 010-376/310-376 ๐Ÿ˜‚

                I tested the old fuser to other working machine, and it works great...

                I ended up replacing IH driver, on that machine.

                ==============================================
                manual book
                1. replace fuser
                2. if not working then replace to MDM PWB

                someone with experience told me, do not go straight replacing to MDM PWB
                if the error code is 010-37x / 310-37x, it could be the IH driver
                if the error code is 010-38x / 310-38x, it could be the fuser motor
