Replaced drums and now totally worthless prints

Hi, i replaced 2 drums today in my DocuColor 240. Now this is the print quality. Overal spots over the entire page. Spots are in C M Y K. What could be wrong here? Never seen this before.

Something wrong with black developer unit. To be sure print some lines on black and white on A3 paper.

Thanks but I changed the black developer now but problem still exists. The spots are in all colors. This print was a black and white test pattern on A4. The spots are seen on the transfer belt as well now. When i turn the belt by hand it cleans good.

May be the new drums are bad. Put back the old ones and see if the error is still there.

Yeah like Adrian said. The drums for the DC250 haven't been produced for a while now. If they've had a long shelf life in sub-optimal conditions they may be bad right out of the box.
