    Toner Supplier Recommendation

Hi, I'm trying to find a regular vendor for toner. I tried DPI for my v180 but I worry the non-genuine toner is causing an issue with my machine. I don't know if I should be weary of all aftermarket toner or if some suppliers are better than others. Maybe it's a coincidence but shortly after switching I had a developer unit power supply failure and now it seems the black toner is not fusing well on plain paper unless I bump the temp up. Open to any insight about the fusing issue, but I wanted to ask where most people get their toner if not from xerox direct.

Aftermarket for Xerox never works well. There's always a trade-off, and usually it is deal-breaker grade significant.

Unless you sell it, in which case it is a 100% exact match for Xerox! In fact, it is even better than genuine! You get the same number of prints even though we only sell you half the amount of toner! Something suddenly stopped working? Well obviously it isn't our toner! Drums dying quick? Nope, not because of our toner! Won't stick to the paper? Just cut your productivity in half by running everything slow and it'll be fine! Fuser suddenly getting all gunked up? Probably something you're doing, not our toner!

    Yes, I'm bitter.

I would have bet money that was the answer I would get. I'll chalk it up to learning.... so now the question is any recommendation on where I can buy oem or genuine toner at a good price? I prefer to buy in bulk

100% with Caffeine on this. Aftermarket toner is very much hit and miss and the more complicated the machine is, the worse the results are. Good places to buy depend on your location.
