Xerox c7020 - Cyan, Magenta levels dropped to 0%

Hey!

I work at an animation company and im responsible for making sure our printers are running smoothly so im very new to working on printers.

We have a Xerox c7020 machine. Our black toner needed replacing so i swapped with a new toner. The black went straight to 100% but suddenly the Magenta and Cyan levels dropped straight to 0% previously being on 40%.

I have tried turning machine off/on and removing and re installing the Cyan+Magenta toner.

Any help is massively appreciated!

Do the toners still feel like there's toner left in them?

Yeah, still feels like theres something rattling around in there

If it cant feed toner down to the dev assembly you will get a toner out message.I have replaced a few agar assemblies in this model.
