AltaLink C8155 prints way too much yellow

I have a AltaLink C8155 that prints way too yellow. Solid fills look fine (cyan and magenta are nice and even), so it does really seem there is too much yellow, not a lack of other colors. I've run developer calibration, as well as IIT calibration, to make sure it's not the IIT that is messing up the color calibration results. But even resetting color calibration to factory settings does not resolve anything.
I am out of the office for a couple of days and do not have a PWS with EDOC at hand: what would be the proper way to troubleshoot?

I recently had a similar issue but only after I replaced the Magenta Developer. I ended up having to replace the Developer Unit (the book calls it the Housing) and the Developer. Performed the adjustments listed in the manual. After that everything was working properly

Thanks. So just to clarify: your issue was too much magenta, en replacing magenta developer housing + developer solved your issue right?

I have a similar problem. Prints have more of magenta and magenta toner runs out faster than the other Toners.
Have you managed to sort it out?

Not yet, but will visit the customer next week and will report back.

            Boa tarde.
ja verificou a troca dos cilindros?
caso ja tenha feito, tenta trocar os 3 reveladores coloridos e faz uma calibragem
