Can't access GSN any more

Stil running Win 10, IE to access the xerox stuff.
Now, when I click on the GSN link, for obvious reasons it tries to launch edge. Even if I right click the GSN link, tell it to open in a
new tab, I get the same error.

Tried running the repair 12x utility, that I've used before but still no dice.
Anyone have a work around?

Go into IE, open tools for IE, go to advanced settings, scroll down and look for ssl box and check.

Still no go...every time I click on the GSN link in IE, it wants to launch edge and gives the same error.

Go to default settings for Windows 10 and check your browser to be Internet Explorer as default

Still no luck. Set it to IE, the gsn link in IE tries to open it in edge, even with IE set as the default.
Tried setting it to Brave (browser I use the most), it still tries to open it in edge.
Everything else, searchlite and everything else works...just can't get to GSN.
Another tech, has almost the same setup as me, and it works in his...computers, gotta love em.

Fixed it

Contacted our rep. He sent me this and it started working again.
