[Misc] Admin Password not working

All,

Just replaced SBC PWB in a WorkCentre 5890i.

Now the deafult admin 1111 isn't working.

It's never been changed. Any ideas?

I'm onsite now.

Have you tried the serial number? That's the new default due to the recent law change in the US

Only way to reset is with admin reset tool.
But you can try to hold 0 for 5 sec and then press green button.
For pass enter 2732.
Then try to change what you need in admin mode
