Xerox Altalink C8045 only b/w output

This copier was only used for b/w output. Is there a centreware setting to convert i to b/w? I scrolled through and don't find it. It's not in tools or diagnostics. A tech swore it is in the c/ware software. Any reply is appreciated.

In older version / workcentre / docucentre
you have to turn on accounting / auditron.
after turning it on, you create a user name, no password is okay.
in that user name, you choose option copy and print service to black and white only


OR

turn on authentication.
then in access control>feature access> color copying locked
