we have a Xerox VersaLink C7020DN that has a constant white screen, I have reseated the SD card and powered the machine off/on but still persists,

Remove the cover on the ESS PWB board. There are 8 LED indicators. Can you make a screen? I will tell you what the problem is. I'll give you the part number too.
i have tried to adjust the serial numbers but it says the serial is wrong,
can anyone provide the full instructions on replacing the ESS-PWB, tried to update firmware but when i went into the special boot mode it didnt give me a firmware update option,
the machine serial number (IOT) and product number (IOT) is different to SY1 +SY2
the billing data is all the same and SY1 +SY2 for serial number and product number are the same
