Greetings -
I was wondering if anyone might happen to have an NVM table (over and above the generic .csv file from GSN) - Long story short I have a D110 I need to gaslight due to software running on an AS/400 not making proper tray calls and the software folks saying, "so what, not our problem."
I need to get it to use heavyweight settings even though the tray call is telling it that it has plain paper. Yeah, I know, not the optimum situation, but sometimes we do what we gotta do when the customer is shoving money into our pockets on a continual basis, and this customer is shoving a lot of money.
Specifically looking at fuser NVM, but, of course, the generic .csv just says "fuser" for chain 744 links 001-308 Nothing specific about the NVM location, or any defaults. I'd pull from the unit, but I am in St. Louis and it is up North and I'm working with a third party set of hands.
I know this is a long shot, but thought I'd ask. Already talked to my contacts at Big X and they say they haven't got a list. I suspect that's just a "we don't want to get involved" answer, but hey...
Thanks in advance...
