Hello everyone i have a xerox wc 7855 displaying fuser system error machine was working okey after a paper jam it started displaying remover paper jam I reset the machine now its displaying fuser system error what i have done so far - changed the fuser unit - fuser life reset - set 744-001 to 0 when i reset the fuser unit life its not resetting to 0 the counter what could be the problem please help

The fuser came with the machine and it was working okey

Took fuser unit to another machine it worked okey which NVM i should reset?744-001?

Check fuser motor and fuser latch from diagnostic.
