Hello All,
I have a C70 at a customer site that is dropping PQ on the pages intermittently. It seems okay if they print/copy in B&W mode only. If printing or copying in color, sometimes the back 2/3rds to 3/4ths of the page is faded out. This machine has a fairly new 2nd BTR. I just replaced the ITB belt when I checked the color first BTR release mechanism for action. After replacement of the ITB belt the machine came up and printed test print 19 at 60% coverage fine for the K only, K in color mode, M and Y then started failing again when printing C. I rebooted the device and when it came back up it printed color fine for the customer at the time but failed again shortly thereafter. I've tried to attach some PDF scans of the issue. The first one is K in K only mode and K in color mode. The second are CMY showing the issue. All these are test print 19 at 60% coverage and 600 dot. I would appreciate any insight that you folks have.
