any tech facing blur copies after continue 500 print or copy?actually i got 2 cases for imari /arita and copy/print quality is a main issue for this model . print blur or black or yellow toner runs out so fast and within one week waste toner container full only for black or yellow waste toner section. i replaced new developer and developer assy and do max setup ,the problem still remain ?any help

Clean the MOB sensor. also in maxsetup, use TRC control. increase k and y tone judge to the max (+32). repeat until desired colour quality is obtained

Actually, you don't need to replace the deves. you just need to use tone judge to get it back to the standard/ desired quality.

The problem lies with the customer. I suspect that the machine printed solid backgrounds that starved the k and y deves. This is a limitation as the machine is classified as an office colour. If the customer wants solid background printing, they need a graphic arts machine/ docucolor series

my team member tried to tune up until desired black solid but it happens drain up all black developer ..so next visit i need replace black developer .

have you check the terminal for the y/k dev.hvt pwb that connected to it happen on my side that the terminal broken >>>

if the black developer is DRAINED, then the k-connector tip of wire harness 162k62110 PL9.3 Item 2 is broken. You can either repair or replace the harness depending on it's condition

HI,

I had a similar problem & it was caused due to NVM value of ATC sensor setup - corrupted. Pls chk against ur machines's Birth cert. You also have to chk if the ATC sensor / dev tank assy has been replaced before ( if that is the case - chk if the ATC sensor id need to be updated ).

i had updated the current ATC for black developer but problem remains same so i replaced deve harness solve the problem...thanks TECHMATE ..
