[Error Code] 093-316 cyan toner dispenser broken

Hi Techs

I have a Xerox Versant 180 give the error code 093-316 the error points to cyan toner dispenser it ll make copies they stop the error is not coming upon switching it on I cleaned the cyan toner dispenser still am getting the same error code I removed all the toner clean it with the yellow dispenser then I swapped them but after some copies the error is the same 093-316 even when I reset the 762-262 ,263,264 and 265 to 0 the code is the same please assist

Pull back the springy cover that covers the Dev housing opening. If it's full, the dispenser is working but the developer isn't turning to take it in. Usually it's a replacement Dev housing and powder at this point.

You've already said in your post that you have reset the nvm, so this is a physical problem.

I have no experience with the V180, but with the 560/C60/700 I've seen it can be a toner related issue as well.

If you try the to run the cyan dispenser motor from component control, does it run?
