versant 180 colors not aligned

good day, been having this issue for a few weeks, have changed all the drums, and it happens with various colors, as you can see in the photo (this time looks like cyan) it is off by a few mm., doesn't happen to all the prints, and only happens at different points, it's very weird any suggestion, versant 180IMG_2344.jpg

i print mostly on 12x18 and 13x19
this happens on 120gsm also on 300 gsm gloss if that's what you are asking

Is color missergistration in peper feed direction or not.

Check the firmware level. Also check the timing wheel that rides on the fuser belt.

Good day, still have the same issue. but the strangest this is this, it only happens on long sheets, eg. 11x17 or 12x18, if i am printing 8.5x11 or smaller the colors are aligned and print perfectly. My tec says it can't be MOB assembly if it is intermittent (not on all the prints, some big sheets print fine) It's like 7 out of 10 prints bad, and also i change the second btr assembly, still no luck.

would like to give an update to this. changed the Heat Belt Encoder Assembly and that resolved the issue for whoever runs into this problem
