Replaced the entire lamp assembly & ribbon cable. Guess the next step would be the ESS PWB?

FOLLOW UP
After the tech went back & forth with the hotline, they sent us the WRONG SBC board, which fit, connectors all seated
but we couldn't get the firmware to load. After the tech talked to another agent on the hotline, and said the other agent
sent us the WRONG SBC/ESS we received the correct one and that solved the problem.
