I have a J75 that has splotchy white areas in all colors, worse in lighter density
Customer has two of the same machines, so I've already swapped out the primary transfer unit and the 2nd BTR unit with no change.
The first example picture is printed on a normal weight gloss stock, the second picture is the transfer belt stopped just after the first 4 color bars are transferred to paper(I manually advanced the belt to see both patterns).
The third picture is non gloss, the spots are harder to see, but the colors look more washed out, almost as if you can see the grain of the paper in the colors.
The only thing I can think of is voltage board for the 2nd BTR.
Thanks in advanced for any tips or suggestions.
