Tech told me this...I don't get it.
Customer said that the machine is telling them to put 11x17 paper in the bypass (which they never use).
Tech said that he said that when you lower the bypass tray, the sensor arms rotate down to tell the machine
it is out of paper. But then why don't they rotate out of the way when you close the bypass, or, a switch tells
the machine the bypass door is closed.
(I haven't seen the machine, just passing this along)
