Does anyone know if the ROS glass can be cleaned without stripping the top off the machine.
There was excessive magenta toner all over the erase lamp and the magenta is light down the front of the prints/copies and i cant see where the ros is to clean it.
Ive checked the manual but no reference about cleaning it just replacing it
