ASP dealer here.
Ever since they went to the digital FIK, instead of the blue paper packet that came with the
machine, EVERY serial I put into the FIK site says it isn't a valid serial number.
Then we have to go back & forth with Xerox & Ingram (who we purchase machines from) to
get it corrected.
Anyone else having FIK site issues?
