[Electrical] Docucolor 250 won't power up / weird problem.

Hello everyone,

I have a DC 250 who have a weird problem, the copier do not start, there's just 2 LEDs lit on the touch panel and nothing more. When I press the Power Saver button, a third light
comes in green (see pictures). I already have this problem few weeks ago, the copier works without doing anything, then the problem occurs again now...

I replaced the Main power unit, but same thing occurs, please anyone have an idea...?

There are multiple reasons for this. You need diagnostic tool to hook-up to the machine and read the error codes.

Thank you for your kind reply, please correct me if I'm wrong but the copier needs to boot up to use diagnostic tool?

I found this thread with almost the same issue, do you think it's the same case : My Docucolor 250 is not starting up....

There the UI touch screen lit in your case no. So you must check the tensions and all what that thread described. May be the 24 volts not work and trays motors dont initialize but the logic control do.
Purchase the service manual and do all checkings.
