    Xerox Versant 80 - Toner readings stay at 100%

    Hi all. I'm new here but have owned the Versant 80 for a year. Noticed that the toner reading stays at 100% until it tells me its time to change. Would prefer to see the reading move with use.

    Any input will be appreciated.

    If I'm not mistaken its the Toner CRUM chips and not the V80 that's causing thius.

      Thanks for the response. I was lucky to have the issue resolved. It was CRUM related and was corrected by changing NVM values.

        Hi, I'm having that same issue with a Versant 80, Can you share the NVM values that helped to correct the problem?
