Xerox Altalink C8035 sleep mode issues

Does anyone know if there is a correction for the Xerox Altalink C8035 when it goes into sleep mode and there's no way to wake it up again unless you power it down and reboot everytime it goes into sleep mode? Does the firmware version 101.001.019. 20200 correct this?

Try to install newest SPAR release 103.001.003.04800. It should help.

Yes, the new software works well. You can set the time you want it to stay ready (8am - 5pm), even has a screensaver.

can you install this firmware from a usb flashdrive manually at the machines control panel? If so which files need to be onto the usb drive and in what order to load properly?
