Xerox Docucolor 250 Strange Color band

The machine work well but when print or copy the first copy is good and clear
The 2nd copy give two Color Band magenta and yellow always same place and same shape no difference
The attach can describe the problem hope someone can help
I change drums , laser M&Y , 1st ibt and second ibt
No luck

If you print more then 2 pages do you have bands on them

thanks for your answer most of time no band on 3rd or 4th copy

I would replace the IBT cleaning blade, see if it clears up.
