If you perform max setup machine will adjust color registration.
What kind od problem with color registration you have.
It will be good to post some sample picture

Color registration is done automatically when the copier is turned on.
Probably something is not working well and you need the service manual.
The necessary procedures are described there.

Well as mentioned color registration can be done from diagnostic if it fail try to clean the sensor is located at the end left side at the top when you open the IBT belt module . also check if the missing color registration is only on one color probably is the drum drive motor running slow for the color issue.
