Versant 180 inserting tabs using interposer

With the Versant 180, using CWStation 6.8, with printed tabs in the interposer/inserter, won't work. It says it's the wrong size/direction. I told it it's letter size, 9x11, still won't work. I can put them in tray 5, set it as letter size tabs, and it will work. This defeats the purpose of having an inserter on the finisher. The only way it will work so far, is using it as a copier, with letter size paper in the inserter.

Sending the same file and tabs to a Versant 80 and C75, it will pull tabs into the job like it's supposed to. I select T1 for paper source and leave the others at document settings. I assumed the newer finisher on the V180 should work as well.

I am using CWS 6.8 (newest), the V180 s/w ver 80.35.41, bustled controller v1.2, interposer is an OAE. Do you think we should try an older level CWS? Like 6.2?

Versant 180 sw should be 80.5x.xx
    Versant 80 sw is 80.3x.xx
Maybe to reload correct software first

Sorry, it has 80.53 (not 80.35). It was loaded with the newest before installing two weeks ago. I got to use it for 5 days before installing it, added the inserter on site last week.

I will read it, thanks. Next week, I will try the same print job on another V180. Also, there may be a way to print it in one pass (b/w tabs from T6, two sided color from T7). Are there EFI training videos available on YouTube?

My snaps must be an older version, I do not have it. Is there a way to send it?
