The error the machine shows on jam is 077-106, fuser exit sensor did not come on in time.

The paper stops at the front of the fuser so doesnt make it through to the exit sensor.

It seems to work OK on standard 120gsm paper, it jams consistently on card.

Just wondering if there is anything else to check on the trasport side of things before i get another fuser in

Look at the vacuum transport, fuser entry for obstructions and if everything is ok change de 2nd BTR
