C70 machine sanitization HD wipe

I have a C70 that I have to clear all the data from the machine before I send it back to the leasing company. Is there someone that can give me the steps to do that. I am not trained on Xerox. I have worked on Kyocera for 20 years, so maybe I can help you some day. PM is ok.

Switch off
Hold in the power save- 6 - Stop and switch on while holding in the buttons. you will see a hdd formate appear on the screen.. now let go the buttons and let the machine boot up

Hold in the power save- 4 - Stop and switch on while holding in the buttons. you will see a hdd formate appear on the screen.. now let go the buttons and let the machine boot up

Hold in the power save- 1 - Stop and switch on while holding in the buttons. you will see a job log clear appear on the screen.. now let go the buttons and let the machine boot up

Hold in the power save- 2 - Stop and switch on while holding in the buttons. you will see a factory reset appear on the screen.. now let go the buttons and let the machine boot up

Last option will clear machine serial number from sys pwb.
If you do not know how to recover machine do not perform last option
