    [CQ] Apeosport-IV C3375 colour rego

    hello everyone!

i have a minor colour registration issue with cyan being approx 1/2mm out in direction of travel, but for the life of me i can't seem to find a method of calibrating colour registration in either admin mode or CE mode

can anyone please point me in the right direction?

    thanks in advance

    got sample?

swap the drum. example, swap cyan to magenta, see if the problem change in magenta.

if it does, the drum cartridge is defective. Usually the padding under the drum is dirty with IBT Belt rubber.

    next, try IOT initialization
    next, try cleaning MOB sensor
    next try swapping MOB sensor

thanks for your response (sorry for the delayed reply, i didn't get email notification)

      AP4 C3375.pdf

the machine recently had a new ITB assembly & cleaner unit fitted to due tracking belt rubber going everywhere, leaving lumps on the ITB rollers and marks on the prints, i cleaned the ITB sensors and performed "DC675 Registration Control - Setup Cycle" the machine said process completed and the numbers on the screen changed, but they were not saved! - got out of CE mode, went back in and the numbers were back to original, tried multiple times, same result

i'll swap the drums around and see if the issue follows the drum and initialize IOT NVRAM

thanks again! if anything else comes to mind, feel free to respond!
