We do not have many Xerox in the field but this one has got me scrathing my head.
Call came in this morning for c8045 with R!, K drum end of life. I noticed the colors were only at 10% so sent tech with 4 brand new drums. Replaced them, calibrated, copies are awesome, print from USB looks good, test print from their network; renders completely blank pages. I get the call as this in one of our biggest customers.
First thing I did was remove machine from network, print direct from laptop to machine, complete blank output. Test various file types (pdf, doc, web pages, etc) all coming out blank. Then tried PCL, PS and generic Windows drivers, still complete blank pages. Plug my laptop into USB, printing normally. Go into the machine webpage, drop a file into the direct print, print comes out normally.
Check fault log, dump NIC settings, no change. Initialize NVM settings, no change. Reset print engine, nothing. Firmware update, no change. I even tried putting the original four drums back as this occurred immediately after the PM; issue persists. All internal prints are normal, PCL and PS fonts list printed, even the annoying banner pages printed, followed by blank pages.
Everything is working normally EXCEPT printing through print drivers. My laptop, local PC, server installed drivers all render blank pages.
