    010-398 on DCIV5070

At first left cover sign on even though it already close, open and close it doesn't help (077-301). Few minutes later, 010-398 appear.
Already change the interlock switch for left cover, the wiring for that switch, MCU, fusing unit fan, remove duplex unit. But the problem still haven't resolve.

    Any suggestion to fix this?

I've encountered this. But no solution so far.

    What I've done:
    1. Swap and replace left interlock switch.
    2. Swap left cover
    3. Swap ESS
    4. Swap MCU
    5. Swap Fuser
    6. Replace Exit sensor

I will try replacing the EXIT PWB. The square PWB on the right to toner hopper

    but your error 010-398
is fuser exhaust fan failure... try to replace the fuser exhaust fan, its the nidec brand fan located on the rear side of machine

Already tried step 1,3,4. Will try the rest.
Also already replace the fuser fan, but the error keeps appearing.

      Thanks

        today's work:
        7. Swap Exit PWB.
        8. I traced the left cover switch cable (orange), everything is intact. Tested both side with multimeter, connectivity is fine.
        9. I traced the exit sensor cable, everything is intact. Tested both side with multimeter, connectivity is fine.

Error 077-301 / close cover A still happens

          its your duplex fan

          number 23

          077-301

          PS PWB
          check your 24v at j438/1 ( no 24V - Power save PWB)

Solved by changing EXIT PWB and Power Save PWB.

That is after changing fusing fan, MCU PWB and disconnect duplex.

              thank you very much.
I can confirm that replacing Power Save PWB is the solution.
