the laser unit seen to fail few m/c laser unit fail c/y anyone face the same problem

hi,

the laser unit error could be due to the poor contact of the flat cable.
Flat cable contribute to error codes related to ROS. Try replacing the Flat cable - if problem not resolved then try replacing the ROS.

Note: These cables are very tricky to replace ( as it is quite cramped in terms of accessibility ).

How can you say that the laser unit fails? What is you basis? If you have checked the ROS and the cables (as suggested above) and have changed it to verify if its working, then you can confirm that the ROS had failed. It could also be MCU related

im from malaysia also facing same problem twice .total meter usage less than 100k ..ros y/m failed to initialize at start up ..i replaced ROS flat cable solve the problem.
