[Jamming] D125 paper into drum cartridge contniuos jaming

Hello everyone, I have a paper jamed into the drum module, the paper is stuck to the drum even though the separator fingers are fine. The code 77-106 is generated because the paper does not pass to the fuser. Changing the drum cartridge does not solve the problem, there is high adhesion of the paper to the drum or to the transfer belt. ,This happens every 3 to 8 prints, no more than 10 prints.

Probably the transfer belt not lifting all the way up to the drum.
Check for mechanical / electrical problems to belt contact/ retract solenoid or linkage.
