Xerox Phaser 6350 default tray

I am having jams from tray 2 which is the default tray. The mpt and tray 3 work fine. The problem I have is I can't change the default tray or send a print job to another media source. Any ideas? I know this is a old timer but the customer is willing to pay for the repair.

Ahhhhhh.....good old 6300's / 6350's. Dell used these models for their 5100 / 5110's.

What kind of jam are you getting from tray 2?

Have you removed the rear panel covering tray 2 and watched what happens?
