[Error Code] Xerox 700 Error Code 077-103

Good morning, I have a Xerox 700 that is generating the error code 077-103 with all paper sizes and and weight. It jams in the same location each time. I have attached pictures to illustrate where the jam is occurring.

this is your code meaning:

Paper to be output face up (straight output), which is being transported through the Fuser, has not turned OFF the Fuser Exit Sensor within a specified time.



Procedure

Check the following:

• Turn OFF then ON the power.
  
• Check that no out-of-spec paper is used.
  
• Check the Paper Path for foreign objects.
  
• Check the Paper Transport Roll for wear and/or deterioration causing transport failure.
  
• IOT Exit Motor[077-034] for operation failure. (PL 17.2)
  
• Fuser Exit Sensor[010-201] for operation failure. (PL 7.7)
