Xerox C60 - Can't send anything to print with Tray 6...

Hi,
i wonder why i can't send anything to print to Tray 6, automatically goes to Bypass 5...
In the Fiery Workstation says that Tray 6 is "oversized", can't see that problem because i can make copy with Tray 6 paper in it...
Can't see any tray issue...
Any solution?

Forgot to say it's mentioned Tray 6 (AACS)...
What's AACS?

If you can copy from tray6 then nothing wrong with it. What machine print driver do you use?
What is the size and weight of paper you use in this tray? Any type of size, weight, type of paper dont work?
What Fiery do you have - standalone or integrated?
Seems print driver problem= settings or Fiery settings.

I use a SRA3 paper, 200grs. I use the same settings that i use in Bypass 5, i only change the tray.
When i send to print, with Tray 6 on, it goes to Bypass5.
Nothing related the type of paper.
Fiery is standalone, a box behind of the printer.
The fiery is the latest version, all updated.

This is integrated Fiery. What serial 5PBxxxxx or R7Bxxxx?

FIrst try to use copy no print option and select tray 6.

If Copy be fine with select tray 6

Change print driver on your PC

Hi,
still can't send/ print anything from tray6. If i do a copy (scanner) the tray6 works. The workstation have the latest version/driver. Which driver you recommend that works?
I send the screenshot image that shows the issue on Workstation.
