Xerox c1000 error 10-310

Just picked up a Xerox 1000

Replaced the fuser belt, belt oil wick and cleaned out the fused assembly.

Comes up with error 10-310.

I have attached video of the yucky noise it makes.https://youtube.com/shorts/IS8RJSeG_-Y

Check the External Roll Motor Assy, and the external roll couplings from it.
Also check if NVM Value 744-912 is more then 140 or not.

010-310 Fuser Belt Speed Sensor Fail

Detection Condition

The Fuser Belt Speed Sensor output is monitored continuously when 1000ms or longer has passed after the Fuser Motor On but the sensor output does not change.

Before doing any procedure other than such checks as diagnostic ones that are made with the machine alive, be sure to turn OFF the machine.
