[Misc] Need help xerox 700 print quality

Dear all

I had issue with xerox 700 print using 260gsm paper setting
The result always have stirpped line on half of the print area.

We tried to change new drum but no luck...
If we print using thin paper setting will be ok. But on thick paper the toner not fuse well

Please help

If you have unfused parts on print then you should try with new fuser

Unfuse only if i use thin paper setting on 260gsm paper... if i use 260gsm setting on 260gsm paper all fuse well but the line come out

You have to stop paper at 2nd btr transfer.
Then you will have a part of image on ibt belt so you can see do you have lines on ibt belt
