xerox 3030 photo drum and fuser sleeve

I've got a client who's Xerxo 3030 (large format) copier had an issue with the drum unit being so worn on the edges that it started leaking toner out the sides. When I replace the drum should I replace both the wiper blade and recovery blade? The fuser got build up on the edges ( I presume from the excess toner from the drum). Can this be simply cleaned off with citrus or should that be replaced as well?

On an economic point of view, you may try cleaning and run a couple of prints. If it doesn't go back then you may need not to replace. But if it does, then replace both. Thanks

Thanks I'll give it a try. Can I clean it with Citrus solvant or would you recommend something else?

Citrus based solvents are mainly used for 'sticky' and hard corroded surfaces because of its acid properties. Alcohol based solvents such as mentholated spirits on the other hand are quite handy as well and leaves the surface drier than citrus solvents. So you make the choice

I've run into a bit of a problem. I've replacec the drum on the 3030. Originally we determine to rpelace the drum because the original drum had one inch wear marks on either end of the drum. Later when we put the new drum in the same wear marks appeard after one or two copies. When we pulled the drum unit you could see where the drum was rubbing up against the inside of the machine, near the developer roller. It's as if a peice is missing that won't allow the drum to be aligned correctly. Any thoughts?
