xerox DC 400 lines on copy problem

Hi , I am making a one sided copy and i get a line on copy at the back ( not printed side) of the paper . It is a straight line across the short edge if the paper comes out long edge.

I have tried the following so far .
1. try to change the drum ( even though the line on the paper side does not touch the drum ) just trying.

2. change the btr roller ( cause the line side is touching the BTR roller

3. change the platen glass ccd

4. clean mirror in the IIT -platen glass

5. clean all roller.

6. change fuser unit

Note: Internal print shows no line on the other backside of the printed surface. only when from platen and dadf.


Anybody experienced this tricky issue? Appreciate if somebody can share.

check the regi... btr gear then the hvt pwb how about print report any problem

ok thks I ve fixed the problem - adjust the lead edge settings.
