Bias Transfer Roll (BTR) - it's the black roller in the middle when you pull the drawer assembly in front of the machine.

What you need to do is to replace the retract clutch that drives the BTR. It is located at the back of the machine. You probably need someone who is technically capable of replacing it.

No code reset for 9-343. Also, before replacing the 2nd BTR retract clutch, try replacing the front door switch (interlock switch) first. Some machines get fixed by replacing this switch. Otherwise, just replace the clutch.
