Hello,

i have problem with my dc242, small stripes appeared across the paper, I pulled out the 2nd btr and installed it again and I have a problem with prints as in the photo. sorry for my English, but I think you will understand what I mean

how to fix it?

i checked white cable and its ok, I bought a second module and after inserting it, the printouts are exactly the same..

this connect is ok?
