    Xerox Fiery Impose issues

    Hi

    Any information welcome on this.

I have fierys running on windows 7 for versant 80s and xp for a 700.

I have an imposer on a xp server and on windows 7 fiery.

The first issue is I use a standard pc as a controller using camand workstation 5.8

When I try to use the imposer it says its not installed.

The second issue is if I use the iposer on the windows 7 fiery for the 700 machine it says that acrobat is not installed and wont display the file.

Is this just a limitation of the systems or am I missing something.

    Regards
    Sam

Impose has a license, so maybe an issue with the licensing.

Yes likker Gaffers01 said, Impose is not a standard option, but you need to purchase a license.

On the 700 Fiery: is Acrobat in fact installed? If not, you'll need to reinstall. Do you have the original software?

In the past, the Fiery software was often secured by a dongle, which you had to plug into an USB port of the computer on which the software is installed.
