Fuser nip fault. Check if fuser is installed corectly into the drawer, paper inside the fuser or fuser contacts,fuser nip sensor.

thanks, Adriansto, I have already checked the things you described and everything is ok, including the replacement of the complete fuser, could you tell me if there is possibly a reset for this type of error, thanks

No reset for this fault code.
Remove fuser front cover and cheat front door interlock, then power on machine.
You will be able to see nip sensor and does fuser get drive from motor.
If nip sensor actuator is not moving then check fuser motor.
If motor works then mcu pwb is next step.

Not reset for this. Into C60 service manual the next step is to replace mcu pwb.
But into C560 service manual is intermediate step to verify fuser drive motor.
Also check voltages lines between MCU pwb and Fuser Drive Motor pwb.

Also check drawer connection for bent pins and/or pieces of paper or debris
