Have your tried the Bypass chute assembly? Also, by pre register, do you mean pre-registration sensor, or pre-registration motor?

Before MCU the procedure says to replace IOT Driver PWB.

I called it MCU because of office printers but yes, i have replaced IOT PWB

So read again the procedure for the 3 error codes you have and check every parts involved.
For me looks like poor electrical contacts or there is one way clutch gear.
Also optical sensors can do that error type even if in diagnostic mode they works.

I do not have the codes for DC330

Remove pre registration motor from machine and check gear on it.
Dc 330 code is 077-006.

I do not have service manual for Color C60

Service manual for C550/560 is available in pdf format. C60 almost same machine as C560.

Finally I have made the motor test and no fails
I have also done a full maintenance to transport module and inverter
Replaced the pre registration sensor and reconfigured all nvm values
The only thing that as changed is that now only gives 075-135 error and the cheat stays half in bypass tray, half in register module, A3 cheat
I have verified also all gears in the bypass tray. Some dust but nothing damaged.

In my final test I have printed 50 cheats strait but, when I repeated it jammed and did not pass any cheat after that.

What is missing to me?

Does it jam feeding from the trays?

if it does not jam from trays, then start looking at your bypass(msi)..

ARE YOUR MSI FEED TYRES GOOD?
All your jams are delay jams.(somethiing is slipping) Paper has not made it to the sensor in time...(pre regi sensor) The Regi In Sensor does not turn ON within the specified time

Check your msi lift motor and msi feed motor, check the gears for any cracks or if you have another msi replace it..

Have had the lift motor gear crack, motor spins but gear stays still
