[Error Code] XEROX Docucolor 240 Error code 077-103

Hi,

I know this code means: Fusing Unit Exit Sensor Off Jam
Do you have any idea how to check if the detector is working well or is there a diagram for fuser connector to check my sensor ?
I checked all around and my paper jamed always when go out.

I'll receive a new fuser monday next week. I replaced a broken part with a old fuser but i have same result. Update next week.

Hi,

I received my new Fuser unit and i have the same issue. I think my last output roll stop to work and motor make a stange noise.
